Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 6+ years’ experience in information technology OR mobile OS support.
- 4+ years’ experience working with retail / food & beverage / hospitality customers selling & supporting solutions for store operations & front line workers.
- Excellent communication skills, exceptional presentation skills and the ability to handle large audiences are a must.
- Candidate must have efficient knowledge in EMM, MDM, and mobile security solutions.
- Ability to function efficiently and effectively in a high paced, high-pressure environment.
Responsibilities
- Overall technical sales support for the Retail B2B sales teams.
- Prepare and deliver technical training and sales presentations to Retail customers and partners.
- Understand and remove technical challenges or roadblocks with Enterprise Retail customers looking to deploy Samsung mobile solutions.
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) and ‘Technical Evangelist’ for Samsung Mobile’s B2B product and Knox solution portfolio.
- Assist in the development of Retail & Hospitality focused solutions combining Samsung Mobile technology with partner capabilities to deliver success in our Retail vertical.
- Provide product line sales support, feature development, and product category intelligence.
- Act as liaison between customers and Samsung Technical Delivery Manager when necessary.
- Assist in the development and management of product launch programs to ensure effective launch of new B2B products.
- Business Travel to support sales teams efforts in a sales environment (Up to 50%).
- Conduct regular in-person and web-based product sales demo sessions for customers.
