Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years’ experience as a health care / ancillary product management in a marketing service representative role OR 6 years’ experience combination of sales/marketing/health/ancillary insurance experience involving processing and coordination of services for health care clients.
- Must have General Lines Agent – Life, Health State insurance License within required time frame per state regulations.
- Organizational and decision making skills; written and verbal communications skills including telephone skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with both internal and external contacts.
- PC experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access.
Responsibilities
- Supporting Sales Representatives or Account Management personnel in the prospecting, acquiring or renewing business.
- Conducting research on inquiries.
- Resolving issues by working across divisions.
- Assisting in gathering information for proposals.
- Maintaining databases.
- Preparing reports and conducting analysis.
- Assisting or participating in enrollment sessions.
