Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite for marketing material development.
  • Experience with database systems, preferably Vantage (Delteck)
  • Working knowledge of utilizing social media platforms for corporate communication

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with Project Managers and the marketing team to respond to prime, sub-consultant, and interview opportunities.
  • Creating SOQ layouts and compelling graphics in line with requests for qualification (RFQ) requirements.
  • Assisting with technical writing, editing, and proofreading content from Project Managers for SOQ submissions.
  • Writing and updating resumes, boilerplate information, project descriptions, and more.
  • Developing and refreshing the firm’s marketing materials and templates.
  • Maintaining and enhancing our marketing database.
  • Engaging with professional marketing organizations and contributing to business development initiatives.
  • Taking on additional tasks to improve company efficiency and foster a positive work environment.
  • Lead pursuit-related activities, including qualifications, proposals, and presentations, ensuring alignment with corporate brand identity and marketing plans for the Land and Public Infrastructure Division.
  • Lead, train, and mentor junior staff.
  • Maintain up-to-date firm lead finding registrations and manage annual registration updates.
  • Assist in identifying and vetting potential opportunities through collaboration with market and service leaders, ensuring all opportunities are recorded and updated in the company CRM.
  • Direct the go/no-go process, optimizing the marketing team’s time and resources.
  • Manage team resources and schedules for local pursuits, implementing established win strategies for individual pursuits to ensure quality and timely submissions.
  • Support business development lead with marketing strategies and provide additional marketing support to the Corporate Branding and Communications team as needed.
