Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite for marketing material development.
- Experience with database systems, preferably Vantage (Delteck)
- Working knowledge of utilizing social media platforms for corporate communication
- Understand the services provided by Westwood
- Able to represent the firm in client and group settings.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Eye for detail and commitment to maintaining our brand’s consistency across all marketing materials
- Independence and self-motivation, with minimal need for supervision

Responsibilities
- Collaborating with Project Managers and the marketing team to respond to prime, sub-consultant, and interview opportunities.
- Creating SOQ layouts and compelling graphics in line with requests for qualification (RFQ) requirements.
- Assisting with technical writing, editing, and proofreading content from Project Managers for SOQ submissions.
- Writing and updating resumes, boilerplate information, project descriptions, and more.
- Developing and refreshing the firm’s marketing materials and templates.
- Maintaining and enhancing our marketing database.
- Engaging with professional marketing organizations and contributing to business development initiatives.
- Taking on additional tasks to improve company efficiency and foster a positive work environment.
- Lead pursuit-related activities, including qualifications, proposals, and presentations, ensuring alignment with corporate brand identity and marketing plans for the Land and Public Infrastructure Division.
- Lead, train, and mentor junior staff.
- Maintain up-to-date firm lead finding registrations and manage annual registration updates.
- Assist in identifying and vetting potential opportunities through collaboration with market and service leaders, ensuring all opportunities are recorded and updated in the company CRM.
- Direct the go/no-go process, optimizing the marketing team’s time and resources.
- Manage team resources and schedules for local pursuits, implementing established win strategies for individual pursuits to ensure quality and timely submissions.
- Support business development lead with marketing strategies and provide additional marketing support to the Corporate Branding and Communications team as needed.
