Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or minimum 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing automation and email marketing, with a proven ability to design and optimize campaigns.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot)
  • Strong experience in lead scoring model implementation and maintenance.
  • Hands-on experience with Sigma, Tableau, or similar analytics tools for data visualization and reporting.
  • Knowledge of API-based integrations, with a track record of successfully integrating marketing platforms and tools to streamline workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to integrations and campaign execution.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with Digital Growth Managers, Product Marketers, and IT teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns using Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), ensuring compatibility and responsiveness across all devices.
  • Implement and maintain lead scoring models within our system, ensuring ongoing optimization as new products launch and content evolves.
  • Work closely with Digital Growth Managers and Product Marketers to align scoring models with content strategy and business priorities.
  • Knowledge of reporting and dashboard creation in Sigma, Tableau or similar analytics tools to track lead engagement and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and manage API-based integrations between marketing automation tools and other platforms to streamline workflows and enhance campaign performance.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize integrations across MCAE.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, measure lead conversion rates, and refine marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with IT and analytics teams to ensure seamless data flow and reporting consistency across systems.
  • Generate insightful reports and dashboards to support strategic marketing decisions.
  • Bring strong process and project administration capabilities.
  • Utilize Jira Service Desk for request intake and tracking, and Confluence for documentation creation to ensure transparency and accessibility across teams.
  • Collaborate with software development teams and cross-functional stakeholders, leveraging Jira for project alignment and working effectively across global time zones.
