Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, and/or equivalent work experience to meet the minimum requirements for the role.
  • 3 – 5 years of marketing experience, or experience in a related role
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Experience crafting product marketing materials.
  • Experience supporting product launches and promotional activities.
  • Proactive approach with strong personal initiative and taking ownership of tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills: outgoing, energetic person with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to work well independently and collaborate effectively with a team
  • Ability to handle opposing priorities successfully, and drive projects through completion
  • Strong time and project management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment when needed
  • Highly organized and committed to attention to detail
  • Strong experience with standard MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Be the product authority and product marketing content owner, implementing and supporting product positioning, messaging, and product-related content creation.
  • Implement new product releases, launches, and go-to-market plans to support the expansion of existing product portfolio messaging and new product launches.
  • Partner with the training lead to optimize customer onboarding and in-hospital product awareness experiences, driving continuous product prescription/utilization.
  • Design and optimize experiences supporting hospital patient education on our product.
  • Experience with event management, including tradeshow planning and execution.
  • Lead all operational aspects of tradeshow/events operations, including but not limited to exhibit & convention center logistics, vendor/venue selection, booth setup, personnel scheduling & communications, agenda management, budget tracking, billing and documentation, onsite booth management, and offsite regional show collateral management.
  • Build strong relationships with our customers and support sales efforts when needed.
  • Lead and implement projects through ambiguity, rolling up sleeves to pave a way forward when next steps aren’t always clear.
  • Contribute to Marketing team effort by accomplishing any additional related tasks as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the medical device, healthcare or regulated manufacturing field a plus.
