Requirements

  • Experience with external benchmarking especially related to labor and employment.
  • Experience in data analytics and process improvement.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Proven ability to communicate data and insights to varying levels of the organization.
  • Working knowledge of Workday, Tableau, Jira, Kronos, and MS Office Suite, in particular MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Effectiveness in the face of changing priorities and tasks, and ability to manage multiple assignments.
  • Ability to work effectively with those outside the formal line of authority to accomplish organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with leaders to understand current challenges and develop analytical strategies to drive insights that guide business decision making.
  • Utilize analytical problem-solving to draw insights and recommendations from data in order to translate data findings into practical recommendations.
  • Build workforce planning strategy based on analytics and insights consolidated through various inputs.
  • Develop technical analyses and polished presentations that simplify and summarize complicated people issues for leadership or non-technical audiences in a digestible format.
  • Develop tools and analytics solutions that assess the health of the organization across multiple applications.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships across a diverse set of collaborators across the organization including Operations, People Analytics, and People & Performance teams.
