Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 6 months of experience in a related occupation
  • Experience with Drupal 8/9/10 development including custom module development, migrating sites, theming, front and back end, and full stack development
  • Developing Object-Oriented (OO) code or providing maintenance and enhancements to existing code
  • Developing deliverables with WCAG and section 508 accessibility best practice compliance
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, PHP, jQuery
  • Experience with Relational databases including SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL
  • Familiarity with Acquia Site / Cloud interface to manage sites and track bugs in existing code
  • Experience with Acquia BLT/Acquia pipelines to control CI/CD code deployment process using Bitbucket or GitHub
  • Ability to develop unique, cutting-edge applications and troubleshoot issues for different handset and user requirements in PHP using Visual Studio Code as an IDE and Docker/MAMP
  • Translating business process software requirement specifications into prototypes and solutions utilizing Atlassian set of tools for Agile project/code management including GitHub, JIRA, or Confluence.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, modify, implement, or test software for various purposes
  • Engage with the HR Technology Team to develop software solutions on the Drupal platform
  • Create and implement innovative technical solutions to meet Business requirements
  • Partner with the Technology Team and Business partners to create and validate solutions
  • Work with Business System Analysts to understand software requirements and deliver expected results with quality and detail
  • Interface with functional experts from Learning, Talent Development, Engagement, and Schwab’s management team
  • Establish and implement metrics to optimize team delivery and measure business agility in terms of predictability, reliability, and adaptability
  • Independently communicate with technical teams and business owners as needed during design and implementation.
