Requirements

  • 7+ years of overall related work experience
  • 3+ years of Medicare experience
  • 5+ years of cumulative Account Management or equivalent client-facing experience in healthcare.
  • 3+ years PBM experience within the Sales, Account Management or client-facing role
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Must possess a valid and current driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Leading strategic initiatives and have full ownership for client happiness and service delivery.
  • Developing strong internal and client relationships through proactive interactions and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams including account management, clinical, product, operations, and underwriting.
  • Influencing client up-sell opportunities through utilizing your consultative selling skills by recommending CVS Health solutions to meet key client needs.
  • Developing and delivering quarterly reporting to clients on their drug trend and financial performance and facilitates in identifying client cost-saving opportunities.
  • Executes business development goals by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within strategic accounts, expanding the scope of products or services offered, and maximizing account potential.
  • Applies highly developed knowledge when articulating the unique value proposition of the organization’s products or services, delivering compelling presentations, and demonstrating how solutions align with the client’s strategic objectives.
  • Develops actionable insights into sales performance within strategic accounts by tracking revenue targets and preparing regular reports and updates for senior management.
  • Develops relationships with key stakeholders at strategic client organizations, including executives and decision-makers, to understand their strategic goals and challenges.
  • Experience navigating through large-scale organizations and brokering alignment through indirect influence. Collaborates with internal teams, including sales support, marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure the seamless delivery of services, address client needs, and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Develops strategies for retaining existing strategic accounts by providing exceptional customer service, proactively addressing client concerns, and continuously delivering value.
  • Experience with Medicare products, client management and operations with the ability to solve complex problems, identify root cause of issues and develop recommendations for resolution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Account Executive experience or equivalent client-facing experience in Pharmacy or PBM industry.
  • Proven sales experience.

  • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
