Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Mobile Wireless and WiFi networks
- At least 7 years of program management experience
- Basic knowledge of how cellular and WiFi networks function
- Knowledge of various OSS and BSS systems needed for wireless networks
- Experience with platforms used to create dashboards, such as Tableau, Grafana, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple sub-projects and teams
- Experience with setting up and tracking projects for success, monitoring deadlines, and evaluating project performance
- Experience in technical and cross functional project management
- Experience with creating budgets
- Excellent writing skills, in order to create descriptive and project tracking content
- Experience with typical program management tools
- Experience with Agile methodology, and ability to determine where applicable
- Bachelor’s degree
Responsibilities
- Program manage various projects related to wireless networks
- Manage resources, monitor progress, mitigate risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Connect with cross functional teams as necessary
- Provide updates to key stakeholders
- Contribute to presentations as needed
- Help define and manage content of various performance, status, and informational dashboards
- Manage and define use of specific data sources to capture end-to-end user experience on Cellular and WiFi networks, including those from Care, NetScout, etc.
- Conduct quality control of various types of work
- Contribute to creating content for Confluence and making status updates
- Create presentations for targeted audiences, technical and executive
