Requirements
- 8 years of experience in two or more of the following: project management, product management, business analysis, program management, experimentation, or product marketing
- 4 years of experience in product and/or experience management with experience partnering with technology and user experience teams in translating business strategy into prioritized specific product features and requirements
- 3 years of experience in an agile software environment with demonstrated delivery of business results
- Experience leading project or technical teams with or without formal direct report responsibility; this includes experience providing technical direction, thought leadership, coaching and mentoring to team members
- Demonstrated proficiency in product marketing with experience working cross-functionally in a large organization with senior leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree)
Responsibilities
- Developing and managing cross-functional roadmaps to deliver user value
- Building partnerships to enhance efficiencies and improve product design
- Identifying and resolving issues that may impact product success
- Leading product journey-mapping and making trade-off decisions
- Setting standards for product quality and user adoption
- Establishing product operating routines and using metrics to drive insights
- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop product market fit strategies
- Aligning product plans with business partners and leveraging data for decision-making
- Leading a team to achieve the company’s mission and fostering an inclusive environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading the digital product roadmap
- Experience with direct report responsibility in a top retailer, managing operational and/or project financial budgets
- Certified Scrum Product Owner
- Master’s Degree in Business administration or similar advanced degree
