Requirements
- Experience in partnership development, business development, or strategic marketing, ideally in retail, technology, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and co-branding initiatives.
- Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies with third-party partners to drive revenue and customer engagement.
- Strong experience in managing and growing relationships with external partners, clients, and stakeholders.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to assess partnership performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Experience in creating and executing marketing programs, including co-branded marketing, promotional campaigns, and digital assets.
Responsibilities
- Lead identification and evaluation of new business opportunities to expand market presence and maximize revenue.
- Oversee onboarding and management of partner relationships to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Track and analyze partnership performance, implementing improvements to meet revenue targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate on marketing strategies and campaigns to promote and optimize third-party partnerships.
- Conduct research to identify new trends, potential partners, and distribution channels.
- Support finance and sales teams in structuring partnerships and agreements to maximize revenue potential.
- Work closely with teams to align partnership goals and ensure smooth integration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer products sectors.
- Familiarity with licensing agreements, joint ventures, and other business development structures.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
- Knowledge of CRM, partnership tracking, and performance analytics tools.
