Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Supply Chain, Communications, or related field
- 4 years’ experience in retail, production, operations management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in retail, production, operations management, or related area
- 1 year’s supervisory experience
Responsibilities
- Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; building a team-based work environment; establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations
- Establish and enforce policies and procedures for operations by developing and maintaining operational business plans for program requirements
- Manage and deploy leadership methodology and operational processes and procedures across multiple functions
- Ensure business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- Managing projects or client relationships in retail, healthcare, or related area
- Master’s Degree in business or related field
