Requirements
- 8 to 12 years in digital ad sales with a minimum of 5 years leading a sales team.
- Deep understanding of the fundamentals of programmatic, online advertising processes, and technology.
- Strong sales, recruiting, leadership, organizing, and planning skills to manage a team.
- Strong presentation skills are a requirement.
- Highly motivated and flexible individual with a proven ability to set and attain aggressive goals and drive projects to successful and timely delivery.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, evaluate and hire entry-level and experienced MM Sales team members at pace required to meet and exceed the goals of the growing business.
- Set goals and impactful metrics required to attain the company’s revenue targets and hold sellers accountable to meet/exceed both.
- Lead & evaluate team performance metrics, and deliver mentoring and feedback promptly to keep individuals and teams on track.
- Forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting of the team’s revenue.
- Tackle cross-functional projects and demonstrate leadership within the organization.
