Requirements

  • BS/BA in a related field
  • Manager Level: 7+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Senior Manager Level: 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

  • Leading all aspects of the planning and execution of projects and changes impacting the manufacturing operations
  • Collaborating with the change owners, project managers, programs managers, production planners, QA change control, and supporting functions to ensure alignment and accountability to the master plan
  • Working with leadership across IOPS to determine strategic priorities of the site and develop high level plans for execution of changes
  • Identifying and implementing additional solutions to improve information sharing, publishing and reporting processes
  • Assisting with production planning and the creation of production schedules based on supply chain, program, and project inputs
  • Owning resource and capacity planning initiatives and seeking improvement of these processes and tools
  • Recommending capital expenditures and aiding in the realization of capital projects
  • Collaborating with cross functional teams through development of detailed implementation plans and communication strategies
  • Ensuring that regulatory and supply strategies are aligned with the master change plan and collaborating closely with project teams
  • Crafting and tracking metrics to measure performance and identify ways to improve efficiency
  • Preparing, distributing and communicating project status reports to management
