Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in human resources, organization development, or related talent planning field

Responsibilities
- Provide HR leadership and consultation focused on creating innovative HR strategies to anticipate and assess emerging business, organization or people trends and identify and implement the appropriate Human Resource solutions.
- Drive people engagement strategies that align with near and long-term business priorities and foster an environment where all employees are respected and valued.
- Lead a team of HR business partners across multiple locations; provide oversight and motivate employee engagement and culture across time zones.
- Consult with HR leaders around the globe on HR policies and processes, including, learning and development, and performance management to promote engagement and a culture of continuous growth and development.
- Build effective and productive working relationships with HR functional partners, internal stakeholders and clients at all levels of the organization. Be an effective bridge builder across all functions and levels within the organization.
- Assess talent capabilities and development needs based on business strategy to help close gaps between current and future skill sets.
- Leverage workforce analytics and insights to focus leaders on relevant business issues and assessing potential solutions.
- Challenge the status quo; pursue different approaches to our work by demonstrating flexibility, nimbleness, transparency, agility and global thinking.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience
