Requirements
- Proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs that drive business results
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience measuring and evaluating program effectiveness
Responsibilities
- Own the design, development, and delivery of a learning portfolio on a global scale, including overall project management, budgeting, and vendor management where appropriate in partnership and collaboration with functional capabilities leads and HRBPs
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, encouraging feedback and innovation
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of programs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Manage budget and resources to ensure effective and efficient delivery of Academy programs
