Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, statistics, mathematics, economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience working in finance, reporting, or related field.
  • Experience working as a leader level in Corporate FP&A in a Food & Beverage or CPG industry.
  • Strong technical reporting skills, including Microsoft Office and other data languages/reporting tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial planning and reporting systems, SAP systems a plus.
  • Proven track record of effective and efficient system implementation and change management.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proven interpersonal skills and ability to reach across departments and geographies.

Responsibilities

  • Plans, coordinates and directs the rolling 3-year strategic financial plan each year, working across the Executive Team and functions as required.
  • Develops, manages, and executes the annual Budget process for the company, from setting the overall calendar to helping to establish financial targets and overall profiles, to managing the completion and roll up of the budget, as well as building presentations to the Executive Team and Board of Directors to gain budget approval.
  • Ensures the integrity of business unit reporting that ties to overall company financial results.
  • Creates and maintains financial models for the income statement, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasting and reporting.
  • Prepares a monthly reporting package that includes consolidated financial statements, current business insights, and actual versus budget variances.
  • Works closely with the Business Analytic team to develop new business analytics as well as identify, research, and resolve technical reporting problems.
  • Manages the overall SG&A planning and reporting processes for the company, identifying drivers of variance and identifying opportunities for improvement and/or investment.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A master’s degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
