Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 9 years of experience).
- 7 years of experience in Application Operations
Responsibilities
- Monitor and resolve issues discovered/reported issues related to the respective application. Escalation matrix management based reported incident.
- Develop specialized knowledge in their discipline and serve as best practice/quality resource.
- Contribute towards strategy and policy development, and ensure delivery within area of responsibility.
- Use judgment to make decisions or solve complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering.
- Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience and lead medium projects with moderate risks and resource requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in 24x7x365 technical operations
- Experienced in design, performance, availability and scalability of the infrastructure
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Established project management skills
