Sr Manager Cyber Security

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in investigations, audits, or related roles within human resources, labor/employment law, or a similar field, with a working knowledge of labor and employment laws and regulations.
Strong understanding of cyber investigations and Security Operations Center (SOC) operations, including Incident Response and Threat Intelligence processes.
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and work independently while exercising sound judgment and maintaining confidentiality.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with HR, legal, compliance, security, and internal audit teams.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills in fast-paced, detail-driven environments.
Ability to build and sustain relationships with law enforcement and external agencies.
Proven leadership, decision-making, and customer service capabilities.

Manage daily operations of the Security Operations Center, including MSSP, Incident Response, and Threat Intelligence teams.
Lead internal investigations into employment law and policy violations; deliver reports and recommendations to legal, audit, and business units.
Oversee cyber forensics and electronic discovery efforts in support of litigation.
Act as an independent investigator for HR-related complaints and provide guidance on property-level investigations.
Track and improve investigation metrics to enhance performance and reporting.
Supervise third-party and external counsel-led investigations.
Collaborate with law enforcement and cyber intelligence networks (e.g., R-CISC, NCFTA).
Represent Information Security on the organization’s threat assessment task force.

Experience with Workday or other SaaS platforms, and prior background in hospitality, casino, or resort environments is preferred.
