Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent and typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience. Less years required if has relevant Master’s or Doctorate qualifications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
  • Knowledge of GAAP accounting principles

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed cash flow forecasts using both direct and indirect methods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor daily cash positions and provide updates relative to the forecast.
  • Lead the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational KPIs.
  • Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying key variances and recommending corrective actions.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including operating cash flow statement and KPI trends, for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement strategies to improve cash flow, including optimizing receivables, payables, and inventory management.
  • Lead initiatives to automate and enhance cash management processes and systems.
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on cash flow management and strategic planning.
  • Working knowledge of the balance sheet is a plus.
  • Proficiency with financial software and ERP system, financial modeling, forecasting, and advanced Excel skills. Power BI skill is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
