Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7+ years of Program Management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead strategic programs and complex projects on time and within budget
- Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis
- Ability to process complex information with high levels of accuracy
- Strong Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint skills
Responsibilities
- Identify, plan, and execute special projects that align with the firm’s strategic goals
- Define objectives, success metrics, and timelines
- Analyze current operational workflows and identify areas for improvement
- Lead pilots, experiments, and iterative improvements
- Anticipate potential roadblocks and proactively address obstacles
- Leverage data to measure project success and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Develop and implement change management plans
- Draft compelling, clear communications on project progress
- Organize presentations, status reports, and executive briefings
- Integrate complex and diverse inputs from project teams and resolve conflicts
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or MBA strongly preferred
- Business or professional services operations experience is a plus
- Six Sigma, PMI or Lean experience preferred but not required
