Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 7+ years of Program Management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to lead strategic programs and complex projects on time and within budget
  • Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis
  • Ability to process complex information with high levels of accuracy
  • Strong Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint skills

Responsibilities

  • Identify, plan, and execute special projects that align with the firm’s strategic goals
  • Define objectives, success metrics, and timelines
  • Analyze current operational workflows and identify areas for improvement
  • Lead pilots, experiments, and iterative improvements
  • Anticipate potential roadblocks and proactively address obstacles
  • Leverage data to measure project success and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Develop and implement change management plans
  • Draft compelling, clear communications on project progress
  • Organize presentations, status reports, and executive briefings
  • Integrate complex and diverse inputs from project teams and resolve conflicts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or MBA strongly preferred
  • Business or professional services operations experience is a plus
  • Six Sigma, PMI or Lean experience preferred but not required
