Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Strategy, Product, Finance, Analytics or a related field, and/or equivalent work experience
  • Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training
  • 6 or more years’ experience in product management or a strategy role, implementing launches and enhancements

Responsibilities

  • Owner of Value Product business development pipeline and the Product organization roadmap and acts as the key partner with Finance and Brand leads on strategic planning
  • Key liaison with Finance and BT to deliver product growth plan that leads to a world-class product line-up for the Value Portfolio
  • Drives Product’s investments in conjunction with Finance, PMO and Brand teams
  • Balancing high priority initiatives with business needs, capacity and prioritization
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks proactively, and escalate as needed for timely resolution
  • Providing actionable recommendations to management to continue to drive product wide KPIs, such as active product users, revenue and reduced churn

Preferred Qualifications

  • A proven track record of utilizing insights from data to drive change
  • Broad business knowledge in telecom and technology space
  • Keen understanding of P&Ls and an eye for identifying new opportunities
  • Experience creating and presenting presentations to all levels of an organization
  • Significant experience developing, implementing and tracking metrics, data analysis and reporting
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint/Word/Excel (Slides/Docs/Sheets)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
