Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, human resource management or similar
- 10+ years of work experience in HR
- 5+ years as HR business partner
- Ability to travel within the region up to 5-10% of the time
Responsibilities
- Actively consult and provide solutions related to workforce, talent, and organizational matters to business leaders
- Develop forward-thinking solutions based on understanding of relevant business operations and strategies
- Provide leadership over HR projects and drive workforce and talent strategic plans
- Advise on the design and implementation of HR programs, ensuring they remain relevant to the business supported
- Champion the organizational values and culture while coaching and developing business leaders
- Identify business needs and lead organizational change initiatives
- Partner with resources from the Centers of Excellence to implement HR solutions that meet the distinctive challenges of the business
