Requirements
- MS or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in applied AI/ML, including model development, evaluation, and deployment.
- 2+ years of experience in leading or managing teams of ML engineers.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, and deep learning concepts.
- Experience in developing and growing products powered by machine learning and managing large-scale data pipelines.
- Proficiency in Python, Scala, Java, SQL, and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or SparkML.
- Ability to translate business problems into AI/ML solutions and drive alignment across teams.
- Excellent communication, collaborator management, and leadership skills.
- Experience working with both research and product teams to bring ML innovations to production.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of machine learning engineers in developing AI/ML models and applications.
- Collaborate with Adobe Research, product, and engineering teams to define and complete ML strategies.
- Coordinate the design, development, and deployment of ML-powered applications, ensuring standard methodologies in ML-Ops, cloud deployment, and system integration.
- Define technical roadmaps, set priorities, and guide the team in delivering high-impact ML solutions.
- Establish and drive standards for model quality, data governance, and performance optimization.
- Engage in the full product lifecycle—architecture, design, deployment, and production operations.
- Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning within the team.
