Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related field
9+ years of experience in management and leadership development, preferably in a senior level role
Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives in leading learning programs
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
Ability to demonstrate measurable behavior shifts and results from development programs
Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation

Develop and implement comprehensive leadership development strategies and programs that align with Altera’s goals and objectives
Design and develop comprehensive management and leadership development programs that support the company’s strategic goals
Develop and implement a broad range of learning solutions to enhance leader, team, and organizational effectiveness while fostering employee engagement
Identify, select, and manage external vendors to deliver high-quality training and development solutions
Facilitate and deliver engaging and impactful training sessions, workshops, and seminars as applicable
Implement robust evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of leadership development programs
Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to ensure alignment of development initiatives with organizational priorities
Provide regular reports and updates on program progress, outcomes, and areas for improvement
Manage the budget for leadership development programs and ensure cost-effective delivery of initiatives
