Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related field
  • 9+ years of experience in management and leadership development, preferably in a senior level role
  • Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives in leading learning programs
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
  • Ability to demonstrate measurable behavior shifts and results from development programs
  • Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive leadership development strategies and programs that align with Altera’s goals and objectives
  • Design and develop comprehensive management and leadership development programs that support the company’s strategic goals
  • Develop and implement a broad range of learning solutions to enhance leader, team, and organizational effectiveness while fostering employee engagement
  • Identify, select, and manage external vendors to deliver high-quality training and development solutions
  • Facilitate and deliver engaging and impactful training sessions, workshops, and seminars as applicable
  • Implement robust evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of leadership development programs
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to ensure alignment of development initiatives with organizational priorities
  • Provide regular reports and updates on program progress, outcomes, and areas for improvement
  • Manage the budget for leadership development programs and ensure cost-effective delivery of initiatives
