Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, and typically 6 or more years of relevant experience
- Able to effectively and clearly communicate complex regulatory requirements and solutions
- ITAR, EAR, FTR
- Experience analyzing and interpreting federal rules and regulations
Responsibilities
- Support the comprehensive import compliance program
- Ensure conformity with US trade regulations
- Manage import authorizations
- Contribute to technology release initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and build key relationships with appropriate government regulatory agencies
- Facilitate compliance with the US Customs regulations and relevant foreign customs regulations, ITAR, EAR, AECA, ECA, and FCPA
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient knowledge of ITAR & EAR concepts
- Thorough understanding of customs processes and compliance
- Advanced knowledge of OCR EASE, DTRADE/DECCS, SNAP-R, Customs ACE
- Experience conducting export control classifications and jurisdiction reviews
