Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in communications, content creation, media and/or journalism, ideally within consumer, B2B or tech.
  • A natural storyteller, excellent writer, and sharp editor, you write with clarity, purpose, and a keen sense of audience and tone.
  • Skilled in producing a wide range of creative content and know your way around Canva, Figma, Google slides, and basic editing tools.
  • Experience leading live internal meetings, and confident working alongside executives to shape the message and moment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, navigate cross-functional stakeholders, and problem solve under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of high-impact company-wide events — from town halls and kick-offs to onsite experiences — ensuring each moment reflects our priorities and drives alignment.
  • Be the primary “creative producer” and host of our weekly All Hands meeting. You’ll run the show from end to end: content planner, speaker prep, logistics, hosting, and follow-up communications.
  • Translate strategy, product updates, and company milestones into compelling stories across live meetings, video, slides, and visuals.
  • Develop and deliver internal comms campaigns that support business goals, embody our values, and drive change.
  • Craft engaging content for Slack, email, the intranet, newsletters, and more — with a sharp eye for tone, clarity, and audience.
  • Partner with teams across the org, including People Operations and Culture, to align on timing, messaging, and delivery of internal announcements.
  • Write talking points, scripts, and presentations that help executives communicate with authenticity and influence.
  • Continuously experiment with new formats and content approaches to keep internal communications fresh, inclusive, and effective.
  • Use insights and feedback to optimize channel strategy and boost employee engagement.
