Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field
- 3+ years of Experience as a Workday Analyst
- Strong expertise in Workday Payroll configuration and/or management is required
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday-related inquiries, troubleshooting and support for end-users across the organization
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity and compliance within the Workday system
- Configure and maintain Workday Payroll
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements and implementations, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business processes
- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards and analytics to provide insights into HR data and trends
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate processes and enhance system functionality to improve overall efficiency
- Provide training to end-users, HR professionals and managers on Workday system usage, best practices and new features
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices and new Workday releases to recommend and implement improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday Certified Professional designation preferred
- Project management experience
