Requirements

  • 3 plus years of hands-on Workday experience, specifically in HR Core, Talent, Time, and Compensation modules.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience configuring, testing, and troubleshooting Workday functionality.
  • Proficiency in Workday reporting and dashboard development.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Workday HR Core, Talent, Time, and Compensation modules.
  • Configure and maintain Workday modules to support business needs and enhance system functionality.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Assist in system upgrades, testing, and rollouts, ensuring minimal disruptions.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and business decision-making.
  • Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective Workday adoption.
  • Provide day to day support for production environment. Provide support for issues related to HR Systems by investigating problems and developing detailed suggestions for resolution of issues.
  • Produce deliverables within a diverse, fast paced environment, collaborate effectively across teams and juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Work with global HR teams to consolidate processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Participate in Workday releases, assessing new features, and recommending adoption strategies all modules.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Workday certifications (preferred but not required).
