Requirements

  • An active Secret security clearance with Top Secret eligibility.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years as a full-stack developer using .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server development, including T-SQL, stored procedures and performance tuning using Entity Framework.
  • Front-end experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, preferably React and familiarity with state management tools.
  • Experience working with client-side libraries such as JavaScript, jQuery.
  • Familiarity with Azure cloud services, DevOps tools, and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Git, Bamboo, Jenkins), and containerization tools such as Docker.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, web security best practices (FISMA, FedRAMP, NIST 800-53), and scalable application architecture.
  • Experience with O365 Microsoft suite of applications and SharePoint Online (including lists and libraries).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to debugging and production support.
  • Experience working in Agile Scrum environments and collaborating across design, QA, DevOps, and PM teams.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a cross-functional Agile team using tools like JIRA, Microsoft Teams.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and refine technical and product requirements.
  • Design and develop modern web applications using .NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET Web API.
  • Build dynamic, responsive front-end components using React and TypeScript.
  • Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server databases, leveraging Entity Framework and T-SQL for performance and maintainability.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Git, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins, containerization with Docker, is a plus.
  • Conduct peer code reviews, unit and integration testing, and assist with performance tuning of applications.
  • Ensure compliance with federal security standards and support secure deployments (FedRamp, FISMA, or NIST 800-53).
