Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- 2+ years consultative sales experience
- Experience working within a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Platform
- Previous experience with hard surface flooring products and sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of Tableau
- Working knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint)
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture high-value relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint of the customer journey.
- Proactively identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other sales tactics. Qualify leads and nurture them through the sales funnel. Lead the entire sales cycle from inspiration to installation. Pre purchase assortment to post sale installation. Exceed sales targets by employing a proactive, entrepreneurial approach to identify emerging market trends, customer challenges, and opportunities for competitive differentiation.
- Analyze and map the customer journey to identify pain points and opportunities, delivering tailored solutions that address customers’ needs and drive long-term value.
- Perform other duties as required by management.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of work experience
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with both internal and external customers
