- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired
- 3+ years of related experience
- Certification is required in some areas
Responsibilities
- Conducting in-depth market research and data analysis to design competitive executive compensation programs, including short-term incentives, equity, and deferred compensation plans
- Administering and supporting the implementation of executive compensation plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Develop and present detailed dashboards using Power BI and Excel
- Bring new ideas and fresh perspective to guide leadership on executive compensation matters and collaborate with external vendors to evaluate and administer programs
- Integrating performance metrics with compensation plans to align executive incentives with organizational goals and assist in evaluating executive performance to determine appropriate compensation adjustments
- Supporting processes related to SEC filings, one-time awards, perquisites, client consulting, external collaboration, continuous improvement, and/or leadership training
