Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in managing and supporting ERP systems (e.g., Infor M3, JDE, Oracle).
- Proven experience in leading and managing ERP implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of ERP system architecture, data structures, and integration points.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business units to identify ERP challenges and translate them into value-driven opportunities.
- Champion user needs in ERP enhancements, ensuring intuitive and effective system utilization.
- Analyze and document business process architecture to identify and implement ERP system improvements.
- Manage and prioritize the ERP change backlog to deliver high-value features and enhancements.
- Develop and track KPIs to measure ERP investment returns, providing regular performance reports.
- Maintain data integrity within the ERP system, and train users on data governance best practices.
- Collaborate with Digital teams for seamless ERP implementation and integration.
- Oversee ERP training materials and change management initiatives to ensure user adoption.
