Requirements

  • Active Top-Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility (or higher)
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Current PMP certification
  • 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in enterprise architecture roles
  • Experience in leading the design and implementation of scalable, enterprise-wide IT systems and infrastructure
  • Proven experience in architecting enterprise-wide solutions by analyzing as-is business, applications, data, technology, and infrastructure assets and developing future-state solutions, operational concepts, and roadmaps for implementation
  • Broad knowledge of AI/ML concepts and platforms and experience with integrating AI/ML solutions with business applications
  • Proficiency in Cloud Computing, Enterprise Architecture Framework, IT Architecture, and Microsoft Azure
  • Experience leading integration and migration of existing systems to cloud environments
  • Experience working with Senior Leadership to understand and implement Enterprise Architecture practices that align with Strategic Goals
  • Experience mapping out numerous services and deliverables into logical diagrams for executive level briefings
  • Experience helping clients develop stakeholder management strategies, establish new business processes, and complete research and analysis to determine viable solutions
  • Experience in defining and writing enterprise EA standards, procedures and criteria guidance tailored for organization lifecycle documentation and activities
  • Experience managing or setting controls and policies to meet strategic program goals
  • Ability to serve as key technical expert in an area of expertise or across Divisions, providing strategic consulting to Technical Leads and Government partners
  • Ability to elicit information from technical and non-technical sources to draw up current and future state graphics or workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Help clients develop stakeholder management strategies, establish new business processes, and complete research and analysis to determine viable solutions
  • Select appropriate cloud service models such as IaaS, PaaS, or SaaS, and providers, considering factors like scalability, security, and cost-efficiency
  • Design and implement cloud-based architectures that are scalable, resilient, and secure
  • Lead the project team through discovery, planning, transition, implementation, and operations
  • Analyze the current information technology environment to detect issues and delays in the delivery of business solutions and recommend solutions for improvement
  • Identify and communicate key industry leading trends, architectures, and business process designs that would benefit the Customer
  • Provide architecture artifacts to describe current and desired state of the Customer’s portfolio
  • Identify ways to innovate Customer applications to an enterprise of integrated solutions
  • Define and scope project roadmaps to implement and achieve such end goals on behalf of the Customer
  • Propose standardized principles and architectural guidelines for the enterprise
  • Understand Customer goals and propose solutions to meet them
  • Advocate and augment the principles of information technology and business process strategies at an enterprise level
  • Design and plan the implementation of an enterprise architecture based on delivering enterprise business and information technology capabilities
  • Participate in the evaluation and selection of hardware and software product standards, the design of standard configurations, the identification of patterns, and the overall design of the services portfolio
  • Identify necessary enterprise architecture modifications to accommodate project, information management, infrastructure, or business needs
  • Identify the organizational (skills, processes, structures, and culture) and fiscal impact of the enterprise business architecture
  • Plan and manage projects of both a software and infrastructure nature
  • Complete or manage the completion of deliverables, including project plan, project charter, requirements document, schedule, wireframes, lessons learned, and closeout checklist.
