Requirements
- Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, computer science, biomedical engineering)
- 10+ years of experience in a relevant field
- Additional training and accumulation of expertise post-degree
- Strong track record of contributions to Baxter products
- Demonstrate critical thinking during technical evaluations of major projects
Responsibilities
- Conceive product concepts and research methodologies that result in innovative technologies
- Work on prototypes and proof-of-concept models using various tools and methodologies
- Provide critical technical evaluation and input at stage gate reviews on major projects
- Develop and implement novel methods, groundbreaking techniques, and approaches
- Provide broad knowledge of advanced fields or extensive knowledge of theories and practices
- Understand and integrate information from multiple areas to apply to complex problems
- Recognized as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) of challenging technical problems
- Provide recommendations on business decisions and serve as a role model for others in specific technical subject areas
