Requirements
- 4 year degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Strong backend (Java, Spring Boot) and/or front end (React) programming experience
- Familiarity with CICD pipelines
- Demonstrates strong proficiency in core development platforms
- Demonstrates the ability to work independently with minimal assistance or as part of the broader team
- Clearly communicates Agile concepts to partners within product team
- Demonstrates strong communication skills and ability to effectively work with the team and stakeholders
- Demonstrates a solid understanding of the impact of own work on the team and/or guests
- Writes and organizes code using multiple computer languages, including distributed programming and understand different frameworks and paradigm
- Stays current with new and evolving technologies via formal training and self-directed education
- Influences and applies data standards, policies, and procedures
Responsibilities
- Initiate and execute research and proof-of-concept activities as needed
- Participate in design, development, testing, deployment and support
- Build components and libraries, and is responsible for adherence to standards, policies and development guidelines
- Conduct code and design review, testing, and debugging activities at the application level
- Lead functional design and architecture discussions with understanding of process flows and system diagrams to enable design decisions
