Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Six years professional experience in engineering
- Registered Professional Engineer Certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers
- Ability to perform algebraic, trigonometric and geometric operations and/or moderately complex statistical and/or accounting methods
- Advanced knowledge of various software applications to create complex documents, reports and graphics.
Responsibilities
- Guides and oversees the programming, configuration, and optimization of Operational Technology instrumentation & control devices.
- Designs and enhances the SCADA Human Machine Interface (HMI) control logic and display screens.
- Performs all aspects of system and network administration associated with the Operational Technology infrastructure.
- Manages large-scale projects including providing direction for design, development, and execution of technical assignments.
- Provides input regarding the development and evaluation of the Company’s operating standards.
- Conducts product evaluation and presents recommendations to standards committee.
- Reviews paperwork regarding completed jobs for accuracy and adherence to original design specifications.
- Ensures the accurate flow of field data for permanent facilities’ files and maps.
- Coordinates engineering activities with other operational functions in assigned area.
- Guides employees and assumes responsibility for training and development.
