Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Employee Communications

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted communications advisor to the VP of MCS and the org’s leadership team, giving strategic guidance to senior leaders and business partners
  • Understand the leader’s and organization’s goals, culture, and challenges and develop communication strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Drive the global employee communications strategy and tactics for the MCS organization, aligning with comms efforts across LinkedIn, GBO, and MCS
  • Ensure there’s a consistent cadence of communication on business priorities through channels like all-hands meetings, a newsletter, and an intranet site, including finding new ways to connect with an audience
  • Craft messaging, executive talking points, and other content that are clear and concise and that inform and inspire employees
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including HR, Operations, and Sales on communications plans
  • Lead change management communications around organizational changes and confidently advise leaders throughout the process
