Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years of strategic planning, business operations, BD integration, or consulting experience.
- 10+ years of leadership experience managing teams or large cross-functional programs.
- Proven ability to lead transformation and change management.
- Exceptional executive presence, communication, and influence skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Endoscopy’s 3-5 year growth plan and immediate FY26 priorities. Align OU strategies with enterprise priorities. Lead annual and long-range planning processes.
- Establish clear operating mechanisms to track performance against financial, operational, and strategic goals. Identify risks and drive corrective action.
- Lead strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, organizational effectiveness, and innovation readiness.
- Partner with Strategy, BD, and functional leaders to integrate acquisitions and partnerships seamlessly into Endoscopy’s business model and structure.
- Manage leadership operating rhythm (LT meetings, quarterly business reviews, offsites). Synthesize information for decision-making. Drive follow-up and accountability.
- Partner with HRBP to support leadership team development, succession planning, and capability building aligned with Endoscopy’s strategic needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare, medtech, or regulated industry experience preferred.
