Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, with a focus on vendor management and contract negotiation
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing sourcing strategies in a large-scale organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and market insights to drive decision-making
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, with a track record of achieving cost savings and process improvements
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Solid understanding of procurement best practices and industry trends
- Proficiency in procurement tools and systems (e.g., e-sourcing platforms, contract management software)
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing sourcing strategies aligned with JLL’s objectives and goals
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their sourcing requirements and creating sourcing plans accordingly
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities and offerings
- Managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with terms and conditions
- Overseeing the evaluation and selection process of suppliers, including conducting supplier assessments and managing supplier performance
- Optimizing sourcing processes, driving cost efficiencies, and managing supplier risk
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop long-term sourcing strategies
- Monitoring and analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities to enhance sourcing practices
- Leading and mentoring a team of sourcing professionals, providing guidance and support in achieving departmental goals
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Professional certifications such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
- Experience in the commercial real estate industry or related field
