Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies.
- Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and pricing strategy.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts into compelling messaging.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing to drive business objectives.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute product marketing strategies that establish and enhance Reputation’s market positioning, competitive differentiation, and revenue growth.
- Oversee the development of go-to-market plans, working cross-functionally to ensure seamless product launches, adoption, and sustained market impact.
- Lead market research efforts to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive movements, translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Develop and refine pricing strategies based on market data, competitive analysis, and customer value to optimize market share and profitability.
- Drive messaging and positioning strategies that clearly articulate product value across multiple industries, customer personas, and segments.
- Align closely with Product Management to influence product roadmap decisions based on market insights, customer feedback, and business objectives.
- Partner with Sales leadership to develop enablement tools, including sales decks, competitive battle cards, case studies, and training programs that drive revenue growth.
- Oversee the creation of marketing assets such as product videos, webinars, blogs, and whitepapers to support demand generation and brand awareness.
- Monitor and report on key product marketing metrics, measuring the success of initiatives and identifying areas for improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and results.
