Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in B2B Sales technology and tools, with a deep understanding of seller pain points, sales cycles, and account dynamics
  • Proven success building products from the ground up and scaling them across global sales teams
  • 5+ years of leadership experience, managing and mentoring senior-level product managers
  • Deep product expertise in CRM ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce), forecasting platforms (e.g., Clari), and planning systems in B2B Sales and partner-led motion in the High tech Industry
  • Fluency in modern UX principles — with a passion for designing clean, guided experiences that reduce cognitive load for sellers
  • Experience applying AI/ML to enhance sales intelligence, automate workflows, and personalize seller journeys
  • Exceptional storytelling and stakeholder influence skills — you know how to build alignment and drive urgency

Responsibilities

  • From ideation to scaled execution, lead the creation of tools for opportunity management, account planning, pipeline visibility, and seller coaching
  • Embed generative and agentic AI across the sales lifecycle — enabling real-time recommendations, task automation, and proactive nudges that anticipate seller needs
  • Enable sales leaders with powerful forecasting tools, scenario modeling, and performance dashboards that convert data into decisions
  • Build a cohesive and intelligent seller workspace that serves as a personalized cockpit, surfacing the right accounts, actions, and insights at the right time
  • Build systems that ‘know the context’ — understanding where a seller is in their journey and dynamically adjusting workflows to optimize impact
  • Design with scale in mind — ensuring tools are intuitive enough for new sellers, but powerful enough for seasoned enterprise reps managing $MM pipelines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with conversational UI, co-pilot interfaces, and embedded AI workflows is a plus
  • Passion for measuring what matters — defining KPIs tied to seller adoption, velocity, and revenue outcomes
