Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience with 10+ years of managerial experience
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics
  • Experience in driving digital transformation and implementing innovative digital marketing solutions
  • Ability to communicate with senior executive leadership regarding matters of strategic importance to the organization
  • Ability to influence across functions and businesses to negotiate and gain cooperation on divergent objectives
  • Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills. Proven record of driving business growth and innovation.
  • Analytical thinker who can create innovative approaches to the market

Responsibilities

  • Build a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for NM that increases our digital presence, engages our customers and patients in innovative ways while driving business outcomes
  • Enhance patient engagement through personalized digital experiences and targeted marketing efforts that drive loyalty
  • Utilize data-driven insights to assess markets, inform strategic decisions, identify market opportunities, optimize marketing efforts, and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns
  • Partner closely with peers and executives to integrate digital marketing initiatives within overall business strategies
  • Champion the adoption of digital tools and technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness and efficiency across NM while ensuring a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints
  • Lead the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and direct to patient advertising
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce high-quality digital content
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
  • Identify and implement innovative digital marketing solutions to stay ahead of industry trends and drive competitive advantage
  • Possess management authority to make significant business and strategic decisions including control of planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities, and approving changes to methods and practices
  • Establish key performance indicators and regularly reports on the performance of digital marketing initiatives; optimizes campaigns based on insights to maximize ROI
