Requirements

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in channel sales or partnerships in B2B SaaS, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling global partner programs and driving significant channel-sourced revenue.
  • Deep understanding of reseller, MSP, and strategic alliance models, ideally in cybersecurity or privacy tech.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and growing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Strategic thinker with strong operational execution and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and bring structure to ambiguity.
  • This role requires domestic and international travel. All standard travel expenses will be covered in accordance with the company’s travel reimbursement policy.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead DeleteMe’s global channel and partner strategy to support revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage key partners, including resellers, distributors, MSPs, and strategic alliances.
  • Build scalable programs and processes to enable partner success, including training, co-marketing, incentives, and joint go-to-market efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on product enablement, deal support, and post-sale success through partner channels.
  • Develop clear KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure partner performance, revenue contribution, and program ROI.
  • Represent DeleteMe at industry events, partner summits, and key customer meetings.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends and partner ecosystem dynamics to inform strategic planning.
