Requirements
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in channel sales or partnerships in B2B SaaS, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of building and scaling global partner programs and driving significant channel-sourced revenue.
- Deep understanding of reseller, MSP, and strategic alliance models, ideally in cybersecurity or privacy tech.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and growing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Strategic thinker with strong operational execution and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and bring structure to ambiguity.
- This role requires domestic and international travel. All standard travel expenses will be covered in accordance with the company’s travel reimbursement policy.

Responsibilities
- Define and lead DeleteMe’s global channel and partner strategy to support revenue growth and market expansion.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage key partners, including resellers, distributors, MSPs, and strategic alliances.
- Build scalable programs and processes to enable partner success, including training, co-marketing, incentives, and joint go-to-market efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on product enablement, deal support, and post-sale success through partner channels.
- Develop clear KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure partner performance, revenue contribution, and program ROI.
- Represent DeleteMe at industry events, partner summits, and key customer meetings.
- Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends and partner ecosystem dynamics to inform strategic planning.
