Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Lead Product Owner or Product Manager to define product vision, high-level priorities, and business goals.
  • Develop, implement, and communicate strategic initiatives for the assigned product.
  • Convert high-level priorities into small, actionable user stories.
  • Create acceptance criteria for user stories in the backlog.
  • Prioritize the product backlog and collaborate on defining KPIs and business goals.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to document requirements.
  • Lead design and UX teams to understand product flow and rules.
  • Document requirements for backend services teams to deliver necessary services to the development team.
  • Formulate usability and acceptance tests in collaboration with development and design teams.
  • Convert insights from user and usability tests into user stories.
  • Work with the design team to conduct timely and effective usability A/B tests.
  • Collaborate with various areas (product distribution, sales, marketing, etc.) to ensure effective communication and promotion of product line initiatives.
  • Drive the achievement of targeted goals through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Research the competitive market for business opportunities.
  • Ensure integration of the product line with the Club’s MRM strategy.
  • Develop product initiatives that synergize with other Club programs.
  • Evaluate financial and competitive impacts of potential product features.
  • Maintain a high level of skill and current knowledge of the product line.
  • Apply knowledge to create flow and rules guiding product initiative development.
  • Cultivate relationships with external vendors, partners, backend services teams, and development team members.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
