Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with SQL, CRM Analytics, and Tableau (Experience with Data Engineering is a plus)
  • Experience in quantitative analysis, g-sheets, and logical reasoning.
  • Proven ability to create BI dashboards and assets end-to-end.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Team player with the ability to influence and work effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Strong situational analysis, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal business partners to create and maintain Salesforce objects and functions.
  • Manage and oversee open operations tickets to maintain access and uptime of our tools.
  • Identify and recommend improvements in process, efficiency, and productivity across internal and external tools.
  • Recommend and build data visualization solutions to understand the impact and success of business initiatives.
  • Troubleshooting data sources (figuring out why a column is wrong or missing, etc)
  • Work with Sales Leaders to determine organization-wide needs and solutions.
  • Create rep-facing programs tied directly to business needs, focusing on improving productivity.
  • Design and interpret key performance metrics. Deliver insights and recommendations.
  • Create and deliver weekly and monthly presentations focused on organizational performance and attainment.
  • Produce analyses surrounding the success of programs, sales support, and technology implementations to clearly articulate impact.
