Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Proficiency with SQL, CRM Analytics, and Tableau (Experience with Data Engineering is a plus)
- Experience in quantitative analysis, g-sheets, and logical reasoning.
- Proven ability to create BI dashboards and assets end-to-end.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Team player with the ability to influence and work effectively at all organizational levels.
- Strong situational analysis, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a desire to quickly learn new concepts, business models, and technologies.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal business partners to create and maintain Salesforce objects and functions.
- Manage and oversee open operations tickets to maintain access and uptime of our tools.
- Identify and recommend improvements in process, efficiency, and productivity across internal and external tools.
- Recommend and build data visualization solutions to understand the impact and success of business initiatives.
- Troubleshooting data sources (figuring out why a column is wrong or missing, etc)
- Work with Sales Leaders to determine organization-wide needs and solutions.
- Create rep-facing programs tied directly to business needs, focusing on improving productivity.
- Design and interpret key performance metrics. Deliver insights and recommendations.
- Create and deliver weekly and monthly presentations focused on organizational performance and attainment.
- Produce analyses surrounding the success of programs, sales support, and technology implementations to clearly articulate impact.
