Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Formal Credit training or commensurate underwriting experience
- Minimum 12 – 15 years in credit roles of increasing responsibilities
- Prior experience as a Private Bank lender covering high net worth individuals, family offices and trusts
- Prior experience with securities based lending, home mortgages and other lending products

- Expert ability to analyze and evaluate credit risk, with ability to escalate recommendations and influence change
- Expert knowledge of loan documentation and understanding of structure and terms

- Comprehensive industry and market knowledge, with subject-matter expertise
- Ability to identify and influence transformational opportunities
- Knowledge of the latest financial, technology, and banking product innovations and regulations
- Lead in a fast-paced, dynamic, collaborative, and transformative environment
- Maintain strong external network and market presence through active community relationships
- Strong ability to recruit and retain talent
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA, CPA, CFA or equivalent designations preferred
- Experience with other Private Bank risk management functions a plus
- Experience with Supernova (risk management platform) a plus
- Prior management experience preferred
