Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- 1+ year experience in a leasing or customer service role in the real estate or property management industry required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Responsibilities
- Take on the daily operations of the leasing team at one of our apartment communities
- Ensure residents experience luxury living
- Conduct creative and thoughtful tours customized to individual tastes
- Follow through on leads to ensure prospective residents feel cared for
- Provide support, guidance, and on-the-job training to associates and act as a resource for new hires.
