Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a full-cycle field sales role, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software.
- Proven track record of exceeding quota in a high-growth environment.
- Strong prospecting skills with the ability to develop net-new business.
- Experience managing 30–90+ day sales cycles with mid-market and commercial customers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working independently and in collaboration with virtual teams.
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies is a plus.
- Proficient with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive full sales cycles within a defined territory—prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Build and execute a territory plan focused on acquiring new logos and expanding within existing accounts.
- Partner with Sales Engineers to deliver compelling demos and technical validations.
- Engage and enable channel partners to scale pipeline and accelerate sales velocity.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management using Salesforce and other sales tools.
- Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Stay current on cybersecurity trends, competitive landscape, and SentinelOne’s evolving product portfolio.
- Represent SentinelOne at industry events, conferences, and field marketing initiatives within the region.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies is a plus.
