Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a full-cycle field sales role, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong prospecting skills with the ability to develop net-new business.
  • Experience managing 30–90+ day sales cycles with mid-market and commercial customers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and in collaboration with virtual teams.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies is a plus.
  • Proficient with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive full sales cycles within a defined territory—prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Build and execute a territory plan focused on acquiring new logos and expanding within existing accounts.
  • Partner with Sales Engineers to deliver compelling demos and technical validations.
  • Engage and enable channel partners to scale pipeline and accelerate sales velocity.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management using Salesforce and other sales tools.
  • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Stay current on cybersecurity trends, competitive landscape, and SentinelOne’s evolving product portfolio.
  • Represent SentinelOne at industry events, conferences, and field marketing initiatives within the region.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies is a plus.
